The project goal was to reposition Match as a premium brand. To achieve this, I utilized Figma to develop comprehensive brand guidelines, design systems, toolkits, and scalable templates to enhance brand consistency and reinforce the brand identity. My process included conducting user and market research, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and establishing best practices to ensure a cohesive visual narrative. These efforts increased team productivity by 20% and contributed to a 30% surge in new user acquisitions, successfully elevating Match’s perception as a premium brand.

Social Media Content

As the Lead Designer for Match, I developed and oversaw the work of designers in creating content for Match’s social media account. I was responsible for several key social media campaigns, which attributed to 60+ posts on their Instagram page. The content increased brand awareness, relevancy and engagement.

Match Talks Video Demo

I led the design team in creating 16 educational video demos for the Match app to enhance user engagement and experience. I coordinated the production process and delegated tasks across the team. The project achieved a 44% increase in video views and increase overall user happieness.

Mobile Design

Leveraging Figma, I crafted multiple landing and onboarding pages for Match’s mobile site and app, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing user experience. By strategically A/B testing and refining each screen, I accelerated user flow through the funnel and boosted registration conversions. These initiatives drove a 60% surge in conversion rates, significantly enhancing overall performance.

OOH Print Campaigns

I led the design and coordination of creative efforts for Match's 360-degree campaigns, working closely with external agencies to develop concepts for digital assets and large out-of-home billboards. This collaborative approach resulted in increased brand awareness and relevancy, effectively reaching audiences across multiple touchpoints.

CRM Emails

I designed CRM email campaigns for Match that focused on re-engaging existing customers through targeted sales incentives. By creating visually appealing templates in Figma, the campaigns achieved an 11% increase in re-subscriptions.
