Bearpaw Spring 2026 Campaign
As the sole designer for their Spring campaign, I led the development of a visually compelling creative system designed to perform across digital channels, centered around their Spring line.
I wanted the work to feel fresh, minimal, and unmistakably spring, while still grounded in performance. Blending seasonal storytelling with a conversion focused approach, I built a cohesive campaign that scales seamlessly across digital channels while staying true to the brand.
Using a mix of AI assisted image generation and Photoshop compositing, I transformed static product photography into a more elevated, spring forward visual narrative, something that not only captures attention, but holds it.
Campaign Rollout Across Channels
Building on the hero direction, I expanded the visual system into a fully integrated campaign, starting with social-first and extending into ecommerce. Each asset was designed to feel cohesive as part of a larger story while adapting to its specific platform and format.
I approached the system as a whole, balancing aesthetics with performance by prioritizing clear hierarchy, strong focal points, and immediate readability at mobile scale. The goal was to create thumb stopping visuals that remain consistent while allowing for quick iteration.
To keep the campaign scalable, I designed with modularity in mind, allowing assets to be adapted across placements while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity. This approach improved efficiency across production and enabled faster iteration without sacrificing quality.
Desktop & Mobile Landing Page - In Full Bloom
Building on the social-first system, I translated the visuals into high-performing desktop and mobile banners designed to drive conversion while maintaining brand consistency.
All layouts were designed with a mobile-first approach. I prioritized clear hierarchy, strong focal points, and fast readability at small sizes. Cropping, scale, and typography were adjusted to ensure the product remained the focus and the message was easy to scan in high-scroll environments.
From there, I resized and adapted the system across desktop and mobile placements. The modular setup allowed for quick iteration across formats while maintaining consistency. Final assets were organized for handoff with clear naming, size variations, and production-ready files for development and launch.
Desktop & Mobile Landing Page - Styled for You
I was drawn to an image from the shoot that felt more editorial and aspirational. It had a natural ease to it that aligned perfectly with the tone of the campaign. I wanted to visually create the feeling of how you want to look and feel going into spring. It became a strong reference point for styling and storytelling.
Desktop & Mobile Landing Page - Light on Your Feet
The original photography focused on a single product, but I saw an opportunity to extend the visual by combining multiple silhouettes into one composition. This created a more dynamic image while showcasing the range in a single frame.
To connect the concept back to the brand, I incorporated scenic elements inspired by the original photography, referencing BEARPAW’s roots in nature while introducing a sense of lightness and movement. The result is a visual that feels elevated and fresh, while staying grounded in the brand’s identity.
